A US intelligence memo circulated earlier this year states that China’s Ministry of State Security recruited Alice Huang (Huang Xiaole), an executive at Singapore-based Megaspeed, to collect information on Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang after a romantic relationship; the memo was shared with senior Trump administration officials before the May summit with Xi Jinping. House Republican committee chairs have asked Huang to attend a closed briefing on the contacts and Nvidia’s security measures.
