Today Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on X that Ukraine has intel Russia is preparing a new massive attack primarily targeting energy and logistics, and that the assumption is the world will watch tomorrow's American midterms and overlook Ukraine along with air-defense and Patriot missile difficulties. He said the world must signal that terror brings Russia no gains, that as the war continues their oil will burn and they cannot profit from world business, that Russia's oil or gas revenues must not be played with, that pressure must leave Russia no choice but to end the war, and that America can do this.
