Amazon, Tesla and SpaceX join objections to OKX-ICE tokenized stocks

Briefing by News4U · First published

Amazon, Tesla and SpaceX have joined companies objecting to a blockchain stock venue planned by crypto exchange OKX and NYSE parent Intercontinental Exchange, CoinDesk reported. Netflix, SoFi Technologies and Lam Research also appeared in an updated OKXICE public notice, lifting disclosed objections from 50 to 56. Of the 62 companies initially selected for the venue, about 79% have now objected, CoinDesk said. The joint venture aims to trade tokenized U.S. shares around the clock for stablecoins under an SEC innovation exemption. [1]
