Shanghai regulator investigates SAIC Audi's buy-one-get-one promotion

Shanghai's Jiading market regulator said on November 3 that it had opened a case against Shanghai SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Sales Co. over a complaint concerning SAIC Audi's promotion, ITHome reported, citing Huashang Daily's Dafeng News. An October promotional headline advertised a buy-one-get-one offer for the AUDI range. The gift was a scale model, and the offer applied to the AUDI brand's two electric models, E5 and E7X.
