Zelenskyy says Ukraine-US-Russia talks to resume Nov 10–11

Today Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on X that Ukraine, the United States and Russia expect to resume a team-level trilateral meeting format on November 10–11, and that those talks and other diplomatic steps should pave the way for a leaders-level format that can address lasting peace and security guarantees. He said Ukraine is coordinating substantively with Germany and other European countries, and that team-level meetings in Brussels involving America, Europe, NATO and Ukraine on a recovery package and security guarantees are also planned.
