Iran’s foreign minister warns US it will ‘rain down hell’ if attacks resume

Iran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, warned that Tehran will “rain down hell” if the United States resumes attacks, issuing an ultimatum to end the countries’ eight-month war, Al Jazeera reported. “Our 2-day proposal stands: meet the requirements, including end to war on all fronts, and you will see results,” he wrote on X on Sunday. “Or choose war, and see our alert and battle-hardened warriors rain down hell,” he said. Iran’s Foreign Ministry also quoted him earlier on Sunday saying Iran would “not go easy on American targets” in the region. Araghchi said the US midterm elections had delayed talks and mediators would need time before visiting again. [1]
