Apple reports $114.5 billion quarterly revenue as iPhone sales set record
Briefing by News4U · First published
Apple reported fourth-quarter revenue of $114.5 billion, up 12% from a year earlier, The Verge reported. Its iPhone revenue reached $57.58 billion, a 17% increase, despite the absence of a new standard iPhone in the latest refresh. Preorder sales of the folding iPhone Duo were not included in the earnings report. Apple also cited higher memory costs than in the preceding quarter, partly offset by inventory benefits and lower costs for other components. [1]
