Morgan Stanley chairman and chief executive Ted Pick said AI capital spending could reach $10 trillion to $15 trillion over the next 10 years, ITHome reported, citing remarks at the Global Financial Leaders' Investment Summit. Pick said the investment could add 50 to 70 basis points to GDP growth. He described AI infrastructure financing as a complex relationship among frontier laboratories, chipmakers, infrastructure builders and energy suppliers. Pick also said some projects' capital structures might not withstand the test of time, while describing periodic market corrections as healthy. [1]
