Briefing by News4U · First published
Today Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on X that the US State Department’s authorization for Ukraine to buy five hundred PAC-3 Patriot interceptors is a strong decision, but deliveries may begin only in a few years. He asked American partners for a winter package of 100 interceptors a month, saying Russia has struck Ukraine’s power grid more than 30 times in the past two weeks of October and that partners could supply stocks now and replenish arsenals later through already contracted production.
