Today Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on X that the idea of discussing European-Russian security infrastructure is not simple and can be dangerous. Citing an interview with Jake Tapper on CNN, he said he was clear with partners that first they have to discuss how to end Russia’s war against Ukraine, and secondly what security infrastructure and guarantees Ukraine will have, and only then can sides discuss security infrastructure between Europe or the EU and Russia.
