Coinbase CEO Armstrong says multi-agent AI stack now runs his work queue

Today Brian Armstrong said on X that he has changed how he works over the last few weeks, with one lead agent for each area of focus running continuously and a chief-of-staff agent overseeing them. He said each lead manages sub-agents that write code, test it, chase reviews and coordinate with teammates, and that decisions and reviews now flow into one prioritized local web-app queue with screenshots and video demos, which he clears in batches mostly by voice and keyboard shortcuts.
