Zelenskyy says Kyiv faces worst power and water outages after Russian strikes

Today Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on X that he held a coordination call on efforts to address the aftermath of Russian strikes and restore energy supplies. He said the situation is worst in Kyiv, where people and businesses face prolonged power and water outages and extremely serious challenges, and that these are consequences of failure to implement city-level heating-season preparations as well as Russia’s operation against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
