Gemini adds in-chat file preview and editing, including PDFs on mobile
Briefing by News4U · First published
Google is rolling out file preview and editing directly inside Gemini chats to all users, The Verge reported. PDF preview and editing work on both the web and mobile, while other supported formats, including Google Docs and Google Sheets, are currently web-only. Users can expand documents for full-screen editing or highlight text to ask Gemini questions and request changes. The update extends Gemini's existing file-generation capabilities, allowing users to refine generated documents without leaving the app. [1]
