China passes anti-cross-border corruption law

The National People's Congress Standing Committee adopted the Anti-Cross-Border Corruption Law on November 6, The Paper reported. The law contains 47 articles across six chapters covering mechanisms, case handling, international cooperation, compliance and liability. It takes effect upon promulgation. [1]
