Adidas raises 2026 profit outlook after record quarter and US tariff refund

Adidas lifted its full-year profit forecast after a record third-quarter operating profit and a US tariff refund.
Adidas raised its full-year operating profit outlook to €2.5 billion after reporting a record third-quarter operating profit of €1.008 billion, up 37% from €736 million a year earlier, and receiving a US tariff refund of around €200 million. [1] [2]
The company said it will reinvest around €100 million of the refund in the fourth quarter, resulting in a net €100 million increase to its previous profit forecast. [2]
