Musk, who is a conflicted party, cannot join the talks. He said the committees have not agreed on terms and that a deal would need at least 50% of all Tesla shares to pass. [1] [2] [3] [4]
SpaceX reported Q3 revenue of $14.58 billion, up 161%, with its AI segment generating $7.56 billion. Shares of SpaceX rose about 8-9% and Tesla shares rose about 1.5-1.8% after the comments. [2] [4] [5]
