Alibaba sends first relief supplies to Tibet quake zone

Alibaba dispatched 3,700 boxes of food and water plus 50 tons of vegetables and warm supplies to quake-hit Baqing County.
ITHome reported that a magnitude-7.0 earthquake struck Baqing County, Nagqu City, Tibet at 22:33 on 22 October, causing major casualties. Alibaba immediately activated its emergency response and, together with Cainiao, dispatched the first 3,700 boxes of food and drinking water at 11:00 on 23 October, expected to reach Baqing County by 18:00 the same day.
