Court orders restrict six unlicensed crypto platforms from offering services in the Astana International Financial Centre.
Kazakhstan’s Astana Financial Services Authority secured court injunctions against BingX, Bitcoin.com, Huobi Global (HTX), BitMart, Coinbase and WEEX, prohibiting unlicensed digital-asset services and app distribution in the AIFC. [1] [2]
The Sept. 15 order also covers Google and Apple as app-store operators. LBank was removed after blocking access. Nine other platforms voluntarily restricted access and had claims withdrawn. [1] [2]
