Meta acquires AI coding startup Conductor

ITHome reports that Meta has acquired AI coding startup Conductor, whose agents run on Anthropic and OpenAI models and can be deployed across cloud, local devices or phones. Conductor CEO Charlie Holtz said the company will join Meta and plans new interface features for early next year. The startup’s cloud service will close on 20 November and user data stored there will be deleted. Meta confirmed the deal to TechCrunch but gave no financial details. [1]
