Stevens, who lost the Michigan Democrats' Senate primary to Abdul El-Sayed, appeared with Rogers at a Detroit church and said she does not belong in El-Sayed's campaign. Trump invited Stevens to join the Republican Party at an Iowa rally and repeated false claims that El-Sayed is a jihadist.
